• A marketplace connecting Clients with Annotators
• Task management and workflow tools
• AI-powered annotation assistance
• Payment processing infrastructure
• Quality assurance mechanisms
• Analytics and reporting tools

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

• Text Classification: £30 per task
• Image Annotation: £50 per task
• Audio Transcription: £60 per task
• Video Annotation: £80 per task
• Data Labeling: £40 per task

All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card information.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate task descriptions and guidelines
• Ensure you have rights to upload and share Content
• Pay for completed work according to agreed terms
• Provide timely feedback

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to manipulate or game the system
• Share account credentials
• Scrape or data mine the Platform
• Circumvent security measures

7. Intellectual Property

ANNOTATEAI LTD owns all rights to the Platform, branding, logos, and trademarks. You retain ownership of Content you upload, but grant us a license to host, store, and process your Content to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANNOTATEAI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@annotateai-team.com. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or we are required to do so by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
